Organic farm

This was done for an article on organic farms in the now (sadly) defunct Nature Canada magazine. The farm that inspired this picture is on Pelee Island, the southernmost point of Canada. As such, they have a lot of Carolinan species that aren't found anywhere else in the country.

The island is also booming in organic agriculture, which in turn is bringing tourism dollars to a pretty isolated place and providing more wildlife habitat than most modern farms. Good for people, good for wildlife, good all around.
